ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are happy to address any concerns about damaged or defective products.
DEVICES FOR BODY CARE, FACIAL CARE, SKIN CARE
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you have 30 days to return it with a money-back guarantee. We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Some items we sell have a restocking fee if returned by you. Please check the “Restocking Fee” section for details.
DEVICES FOR HAIR GROWTH & CARE (The Healtheory Hair Cap)
We offer a One-Year Satisfaction Guarantee for our Hair Growth & Care Cap products. We allow The Healtheory Hair Cap purchased directly from us to be returned within one year from the date of purchase for any reason, for a 25% restocking fee plus any shipping charges, credit card fees, taxes, or other fees incurred by Break North LLC.
If the customer wishes to instead exchange for a different The Healtheory Hair Cap model within one (1) year (365 days) from the date of purchase, the 25% return fee will be waived, and the difference in retail price between the original and exchanged model will be charged or refunded.
ACCESSORIES: BRUSHES, BAGS
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. If opened, only defective products will be accepted for exchange. A prepaid return label will be provided by us.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
A proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
RETURN WINDOW
- Devices for Body Care, Facial Care, Skin Care: 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Devices for Hair Growth & Care (The Healtheory Hair Cap): 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Accessories (Brushes, Bags): 30 days from the date of purchase.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will exclude any restocking fees, shipping charges, credit card fees, taxes, or other fees incurred by Break North LLC, as applicable.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions and assist you with the exchange process. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees, taxes, or duties.

RETURN PROCESS
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at help@thehealtheory.com or 1-800-448-8051 within the applicable return period. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return or exchange.
- Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to return the product.
- Pack the Item: Safely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Affix the prepaid return label to the package.
- Ship the Item: Drop off the package at the designated shipping location. Make sure to obtain a receipt or proof of shipment.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If exchanging, we will ship the new item to you promptly.
